- Morning Herbal Tea: Cinnamon, Grated ginger, Saunf, Black pepper+ Little tea powder + water one cup, boil, filter & drink. No sugar, Gud, Sugar free. Strictly No Biscuits / Khakra / Rusk etc.
- Breakfast: Tasty- Healthy Smoothie: One cup of: Bathuva OR Green Methi leaves OR Lal Bhaji (Math) OR Palak (wash veggies with Hot water with little salt & vinegar) + 2 cups of pieces of Ripened Banana / Papaya + 3 cups cold water, crush and make thick smoothie and drink slowly. (Bathua leaves take three times a week) You can add little Pudina, Coriander, fresh ginger to taste (the greens are excellent for detox and nourishment).
- Snacks- (Optional) (after two hours of Smoothie if you feel hungry): Fruits or Khajoor or nuts
- Lunch: First start with Salad one full bowl of: Finely chopped salad with Sprout-boiled Beans, Avocados, Chest nuts, Flax seeds, Sesame, dressing of lemon juice, roasted pea nut / sesame/ Mustard seed, salt, chilly flakes (make a paste and pour. Make various tasty dressings and use) + one-two bhakri of Sprouted Millets (Jwari, Bajra, Raagi) or Sprouted wheat Or have Brown / Red rice / Quinoa + One katori Dal (optional) + Curry leaves chutney / Fresh Ginger Chutney or Avocado chutney + one plate Sabji of any vegetable with minimum oil or use little tadka of Peanut / Mustard seed oil (Avoid Sunflower oil) you can also have dosa, idli, Upma of Red / Brown rice / Raagi + Soaked urad dal
- Evening Snacks: Herbal Tea, alu chat, corn chat, moong chat, dry bhel, Vegan Sandwich, or Fruits or 8-10 mix nuts. Or 2 spoons of Plant Protein Powder + 200 ml water shake in a shaker & drink.
- Dinner: Salad + Soups + Sautte vegetables, Brown rice / Red Rice or Quinoa or khichadi Or Sprouted Millet Bhakri + leafy, Mixed vegetables, + chutney (dinner should be in less quantity as compare to Lunch)
Do Regular exercise to your ability (Don’t over do it) – Fast walking, Climbing staircases, Muscle training, Yoga & Pranayam. listen music, Do paintings, etc. Sleep by 10- 11 pm. Afternoon nap not more than 20 min.
STRICTLY AVOID– All bakery food (Causes Inflammation, Insulin resistance, BP), wheat (Gluten), Non-veg., Milk & All Dairy products (Butter, Curd, Chaas, Ghee, Paneer, Makkhan). All these contain growth hormones which are not good for the human health and cause insulin resistance & Hormonal imbalance, inflammation, Allergies, Asthma, obesity, PCOD, Cholesterol, HTN, DM, Hypothyroid, Psoriaisis, Acne, RA, Cancer etc. (Add little Almond milk or coconut milk to tea if required to tea, coffee). Sugars, jaggary, Honey, Sugar free, etc. (They increase spike of Glucose levels and also add on to fatty liver & obesity). Non-vegetarian food (cause inflammation and fat in vessels, Cancers, Hormonal imbalance, Stress, Anger, Anxiety). Sabudana, oily deep-fried food (cause Blockages, thicker blood), papad, Pickle, late-night food, Ultra Processed food, smoking and alcohol. Don’t eat fruits immediately after meals.
