Morning Herbal Tea: Cinnamon, Grated ginger, Saunf + water one cup, boil, filter and drink (No Animal Milk, sugar, Gur or honey, sugar free etc.) (roasted date seed Powder ¼ spoon + 1/2 cup almond milk can be added)

  1. Breakfast: TastyHealthy Smoothie: Bel patta, Curry patta, + Beetle leaves 2 + coriander, pudina, Fresh Ginger one inch + Palak / Methi leaves/ Beet root leaves. All one full fist – Approximately one & half cups + two cups of pieces of ripened Banana / Apple / Papaya / Pineapple / Guava + 2 – 3 cups cold water, crush and make thick smoothie and drink slowly. Blue, red berries, strawberries can be added.
  2. Snacks – (Optional) (after two hours of Smoothie if you feel hungry): Fruits or fruit smoothie with fruits + coconut milk + khajur+ cinnamon + cardamom + chia seeds (BLEND IN A BLENDER)
  3. Lunch: First start with Salad one full bowl of Finely Chopped Carrots, Beetroot, Tomatoes, Spring Onion, Chopped Onions (Optional), Shredded Coconut, Flax Seeds, Walnuts, Chest Nut, Dressing of Lemon Juice, Roasted Pea Nut / Sesame/ Pumpkin Seeds, Salt, Chilly Flakes (make a paste and pour. Make various tasty dressings and use) + One/Two Bhakri of Millets or Brown / Red Rice / Quinoa + One Katori Sprouted Boiled Pulses (Green Moong) + Curry leaves chutney / Fresh Ginger Chutney or Avocado chutney + one plate Sabji of all fruity vegetables (How to make oil free Sabji: First roast Jeera, Mustard seeds & Tejpatta in a dry pan, then add diced onion & tomatoes, Salt and roast further, add Hing, masala, and water and chopped vegetable pieces, cover with the lid, simmer for 15-20 minutes then add shredded coconut and put off the burner, and eat fresh)
  4. Evening Snacks: Herbal Tea, Alu Chat, Corn Chat, Moong Chat all without oil or Fruits and 8 to 10 Nuts like almonds / Cashews / Walnuts / Pistachos.
  5. Dinner: Salad + Soups + Sautte vegetables, Brown rice / Red Rice or Quinoa or khichadi + Leafy, Mixed Vegetables, + Chutney (dinner should be in less quantity as compare to Lunch)

Do Regular exercise to your ability (Don’t over do it) – Fast Walking, Climbing Stiarcases, Muscle Training, Yoga and Pranayam, Listen Music, Do Paintings etc. Sleep by 10- 11 pm. Wake up early.

STRICTLY AVOID – All bakery food (Causes Inflammation, Insulin resistance, BP) wheat (Gluten), Milk & All Dairy products (Butter, Curd, Chaas, Ghee, Paneer, Makkhan). All these contain growth hormones which are not good for the human health and cause insulin resistance & Hormonal Imbalance, Inflammation, Obesity, Cholesterol, HTN, DM, Hypothyroid, Psoriaisis, Acne, RA, Cancer etc.
Avoid Strong Tea, Coffee (they are acidic & they cause more dehydration- inflammation). Sugars, Jaggary, Honey (they increase Glucose levels and also add on to fatty liver & obesity). Nonvegetarian food (cause inflammation and fat in vessels, Cancers, Hormonal imbalance, Stress, Anger, Anxiety). Sabudana, oily deep-fried food (cause blockages, thicker blood) Papad, Pickle, late-night food, ultra processed food, smoking and alcohol. Don’t eat fruits immediately after meals.
All these are responsible for your ill health & disease. Avoid Microwave, Room Freshners, Agarbatti, Non-Organic Food, Chemicals, Aluminium & Teflon coated kitchen wears. Use steel, glass, clay utensils. wear only cotton wears.


Kindly discuss with your treating physician before starting the said changes. Avoid food as suggested, if your are allergic. If you are suffering from Kidney stone/ then avoid Palak in smoothie .
