I’m now 56 years of the age.
Though I was always craving for fitness but was not able to achieve the target. I had a pouch, fatigue and a pre-diabetic sugars. But after switching to whole food plant based diet. Vegan diet. No dairy. No sugars.
The outcome is rewarding. My life is all changed.
- Now No tummy.
- No wrinkles.
- Jaw line reappeared glow increased on face.
And most importantly, no muscle loss, which I was afraid of after stopping all dairy and protein shakes.
- Morning breakfast – All healthy tasty smoothies. Morning smoothie. Then snacking of fruits.
- Lunch mostly millets roti, salads with avocado chutney.
- Dinner Sautee veggies soups salad red rice.
