Effect of healthy diet on myself

I’m now 56 years of the age.
Though I was always craving for fitness but was not able to achieve the target. I had a pouch, fatigue and a pre-diabetic sugars. But after switching to whole food plant based diet. Vegan diet. No dairy. No sugars.

The outcome is rewarding. My life is all changed.

  1. Now No tummy.
  2. No wrinkles.
  3. Jaw line reappeared glow increased on face.

And most importantly, no muscle loss, which I was afraid of after stopping all dairy and protein shakes.

  1. Morning breakfast – All healthy tasty smoothies. Morning smoothie. Then snacking of fruits.
  2. Lunch mostly millets roti, salads with avocado chutney.
  3. Dinner Sautee veggies soups salad red rice.
