Never eat anything raw or uncooked as it can cause infection

Keep water overnight in a copper glass, next day morning transfer this water to a steel glass squeeze half a lemon &drink slowly. Copper resveratrol-rich water binds to circulating cancer cells & throws them out from the body (Journal of Front. Oncology 2022)

Morning Tea / Coffee: Take one cup of water add freshly cut small pieces of ginger, 2 pinches of cinnamon powder,  two cloves, a little tea or coffee powder boil, filter, drink twice a day.

Breakfast: Sprouted and boiled Green Moong or its dishes like Dosa, Idli etc.

Lunch: Steamed salad+ Green moong dal or curry (add lots of turmeric) + Seasoned Vegetables + Rice or Raagi or Millet chapati (avoid wheat)+ Garlic & Curry leaves chutney (Curry leaves, Turmeric  & Garlic are anti-cancerous Ref: Journal of Antioxidants 2020, Journal of pharmacological research 2022)

Evening Tea as above + Raagi cookies, Almonds, walnuts, Boiled Channa, Peeled fruits 

Dinner: Rice+ leafy vegetables, Moong dal/ Buttermilk curry  (add lots of Turmeric powder).

Strictly avoid all bakery food, excess Sugars, Sabudaana, deep fried food,  reduce the use of wheat & milk products, instead use Almond milk, Coconut Milk & Peanut butter (if not allergic). Do Pranayama & Yog regularly. Be Positive. Always Consult UR Doctor.
